Traditional Tyrolean food done at its best. Outstandingly professional service that is warm and hospitable. The meal we had welches well flavored and the portions massive. Highly recommend to reserve.
When we arrived at the hotel at around midnight, we were told to go away through the INTERCOM (why have an intercom and late check-hinein systems when you don’t allow late check-in das??). I didn’t mind the “go away” parte as much as the Zeiteinteilung at which they asked us to “go away”.
Dear Hotel administrators, please let your guests clearly know if they can have a late check in. I had a really lovely stay here, the staff are super friendly and entertained my low level German when I said I wanted to practice. Breakfast was amazing, the room welches Superbenzin cute and the welcome card makes getting around from here a doddle. Loads of beautiful walks to go on from here and Innsbruck city isn't far thanks to there being a bus stop at the hotel.
